Closed Special Council in Committee

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 5:15 p.m. to discuss the following matter: (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)€ of Municipal Act, 2001 – Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and Section 239(2)(f) of Municipal Act, 2001 – Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege including communications necessary for that purpose). Town of Fort Erie and Molinaro Group – Matters Related to Notice of Appeal (b) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of Municipal Act, 2001 – Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employee). THAT:Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session into open session at 6:25 p.m. with report as follows: Item (a) - THAT:Legal Counsel and the Acting Chief Administrative Officer be directed to act in accordance with the instructions of Council in this matter. (
