Closed Special Council in Committee

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 5:00 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Identifiable Individuals (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 – Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees) Re: Western Management Consultants on Operational Review Progress Report No. 1 and Confirmation of Direction of the Operational Review. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now recess at 5:55 p.m. and reconvene back into the Special Council-in-Committee Closed Session Meeting prior to adjournment of the Regular Council Meeting. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now rise from closed session and reconvene into open session at 7:50 p.m. with the following report: THAT:Council hereby directs Western Management Consultants to finalize their report and wrap up the project by facilitating additional communications including debriefing with each Member of Council on an individual basis respecting a review of the report and to answer any further questions, and further THAT:Western Management Consultants debrief the findings with staff and prepare a summary of the report for public circulation by the Council Meeting of November 14, 2011. (

THAT:The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby adjourns at 7:55 p.m. (
