THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session to discuss the following: (a) Education and Training Session - MPAC and 2008 Reassessment and 2008 property assessment notices (Pursuant to Section 239(3.1) of Municipal Act, 2001 - Education and training sessions) Re: Penny Christie, MPAC will conduct an education and training session regarding the particulars of the 2008 Reassessment for tax years 2009-2012 and 2008 property assessment notices in order that Members of Council will be better prepared to answer constituent questions. (
