THAT:Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 6:03 p.m. with the following report : THAT:The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Minutes of Settlement between 1746391 Ontario Inc., Citizens Coalition of Greater Fort Erie, the Town of Fort Erie and the Regional Municipality of Niagara, and THAT:The Ontario Municipal Board be advised that Council for the Town of Fort Erie is in agreement with the Minutes of Settlement to address the concerns of the Citizens Coalition of Greater Fort Erie, and THAT:The Regional Municipality of Niagara be so notified. (
