THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 7:45 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Education and Training Session on Council/Council-Staff Relations facilitated by Town's Chief Administrative Officer (Pursuant to Section 239(3.1)1. - A meeting of a council or local board or of a committee or either or them may be closed to the public if the meeting is held for the purpose of educating or training the members). (
