THAT:The recommendations contained in Report Nos. IS-07-13, CAO-02-13, CAO-03/LC-05-13, CS-07-13 CS-08-13 and CS-09-13 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes a sole source award to LCA Environmental with an upset limit totalling $76,534.90, including hst, for the Beaver Creek Municipal Drain Project, and further THAT:Council hereby authorizes a sole source award to Urban Environmental Management with an upset limit totalling $58,822.15, including hst, for the Beaver Creek Municipal Drain Project. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes the City of Port Colborne to be the initiating municipality for the updating of the Point Abino Marsh Municipal Drain Engineer's Report under the Ontario Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c17. (

THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to dissolve the existing wards in accordance with Section 222 of the Municipal Act, 2001 in order to move to an at-large election system beginning with the 2014 Municipal Election following public notice and public consultation. (

THAT:This report be received for information. (
