THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. IS-18-09 as an advisory as to the requirements of O.Reg 188/07 Licensing of Municipal Drinking Water Systems and O.Reg 453/07 Financial Plans, and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2009 PAGE FOUR THAT:Council hereby receives for review the completed DWQMS/QMS Operational Plan attached as Appendix "A", and further THAT:Council be advised of the requirements for the endorsement of the QMS Operational Plan by resolution at the Regular Meeting of Council dated April 27, 2009. (

THAT:Council hereby accepts the low tender for the Flat Roof Replacement at the Leisureplex - Contract No. ISF.04-2009 in the amount of $316,575.00 (including g.s.t.) from Flynn Canada Ltd., and further THAT:Staff be authorized to prepare the by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT:Council hereby accepts the proposal for the operation of the Crystal Beach Food Concession Services - Contract No. ISF.03-2009 as submitted by Charlie Boy's Snack Bar of Fort Erie, and further THAT:Staff be directed to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT:Staff be directed to reissue an RFP to the three existing proponents for the Bay Beach/Crystal Beach Food Concession Services, and THAT:The proponents be given one week to respond to the reissued RFP. {

THAT:Staff be directed to submit an application under the National Historic Sites of Canada Cost Sharing Program for funding for the rehabilitation of the Point Abino Lighthouse. (

THAT:The project list be amended to include an Aquatic Facility. (

THAT:The project list be amended for the Crescent Park Area Project under the fourth paragraph of the commentary by deleting the words “serve to eliminate flooding” and inserting in lieu thereof “have an immediate impact on the flooding.” (

THAT:Council hereby confirm the project list contained in Appendix "2", as amended, for proactive advancement and to create awareness with Federal MP's, Provincial MPP's, Regional Council and staff. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now hereby adjourn at 8:45 p.m. (
