THAT: Council-in-Committee does now hereby go into closed session to discuss the following: (a) Legal Matter (i) Crystal Beach Central and Bay Beach Sanitary Rehabilitation Tender (Confidential Report No. IS-70-01-04) (

THAT: Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene with the following report: THAT: Council award the tender for Crystal Beach Central and Bay Beach Sanitary Sewer Repairs, Phase 1, Trenchless Rehabilitation – Project No. PW.00CRYB at the revised tendered amount of $919,700.00, including g.s.t. to DeRose Bros. General Contracting Ltd., of Thorold, Ontario, and further THAT: Council authorize the modification of the Engineering Agreement to increase the Engineering Upset Limit for Phase III Engineering Services from $26,857 to $52,488.85 to allow for the increase in the scope of the proposed no-dig rehabilitation work, and further THAT: Staff be authorized to prepare the necessary by-law for the next Regular Meeting scheduled for December 20, 2004 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (
