THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 7:07 p.m. to discuss the following matter: CLOSED SESSION SPECIAL COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 2012 PAGE TWO (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of Municipal Act, 2011 – Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; Section 239(2)(e) – Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; Section 239(2)(f) – Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege including communications necessary for that purpose). (
