THAT:The redline revised Ridgeway-By-The-Lake Subdivision (Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, Niagara River) dated May 29, 2012, showing 50 lots for single detached dwellings, 4 blocks for townhouse dwellings, 2 blocks for watercourse as shown on Appendix"4" be approved in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P.13 and the regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix "5" of this report, and the parties be advised of Council's decision on the application in accordance with the Planning Act, and further THAT:The amended Conditions of Draft Plan Approval in Report No. CDS-32-13 be circulated to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act. (

THAT:Council hereby endorses the names of those identified herein, as additions to the previously endorsed and established Community Focus Group, having submitted their name for consideration in response to the Town's advertised Expression of Interest, and further THAT:The Community Focus Group will participate in the Strategic Land Use Planning sessions and offer feedback and commenting throughout the Secondary Plan development for Stevensville & Douglastown (Black Creek), and further THAT:Council hereby permits the Director of Community and Development Services, by delegating such authority, to make Youth Representative additions to the Community Focus Group as required. (

THAT:Council hereby endorses the Fort Erie Gateway Economic Zone Community Improvement Plan, in principle, as revised, and further THAT:Council hereby directs staff to prepare the necessary by-laws to establish the Community Improvement Project Area and adopt the Community Improvement Plan, and further THAT:A copy of Report No. CDS-36-13 be forwarded to the Region of Niagara for information purposes. (

THAT:Council hereby approves the Crystal Beach Party 2013 Community Event, and further THAT:Council hereby approves the closure of Bay Beach to facilitate this event on July 20, 2013, with a rain date of July 27, 2013 and further allows for an admission charge to be applied for this event. (
