That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-80-2015 regarding the Helena Street Industrial Lands Town initiated amendment to the Town's Official Plan and Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129- 90 for information purposes. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-81-2015 for information purposes, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Draft Plan of Subdivision and Combined Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment at a future Council-in-Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-82-2015 regarding a housekeeping amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 for information purposes, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Zoning By- law Amendment at a future Council-in-Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "3" of Report No. CDS- 83-2015 regarding residential regulations, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-84-2015 regarding Downtown Core Area Community Improvement Plan Program Monitoring for information purposes, and further That: Council considers the content in respect of pending budget deliberations, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of Report No. CDS- 84-2015 to the Region of Niagara, Economic Development and Tourism Corporation and to post Report No. CDS-84-2015 on the Town's CIP webpage for public access and information. (

That: Council awards the Fort Erie Waterfront Strategy contract to The Planning Partnership, for an upset limit of $148,946.43 including HST. (

That: Council-in-Committee adjourns at 7:49 p.m. (
