That: Council approves the 2019 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget attached as Appendix “1”, and further Page 8 of 10 Council-in-Budget Committee 23 Jan 2019 Minutes That: Council revises the 2019 Water and Wastewater Base and Consumption rates, subject to Regional Council approval of forecasted treatment rates, effective with billing for January 2019 consumption as follows: • 2019 water base rate per month: $25.27 • 2019 water rate per cubic metre: $1.503 • 2019 wastewater base rate per month: $41.06 • 2019 wastewater rate per cubic metre: $1.844, and further, That: Council excludes the capital asset amortization of $1,532,300 from the 2019 Water and Wastewater Operating Budgets, and further That: Council directs staff to submit the 2019 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget and Rates By-law for Council approval on February 11, 2019.
