That: The by-law package containing: 13-2016: To exempt a certain Block in Plan 59M-418 from Part Lot Control 65, 69, 73, 79, 85 and 91 - Butlers Drive - Ridgeway By The Lake Subdivision - Phase 3 (1923286 Ontario Inc.) (Robert Mills) 14-2016: To Authorize a Licence Amending and Extension Agreement with Rogers Communications Inc. (Telecommunications Tower - Bridge Street) is given first and second reading. (
