THAT: Report No. IS-41-2013 – Winter Control Plan for 2013-2016 be considered prior to the Development Charges Background Study delegation. (

THAT: The delegate’s time for speaking be extended beyond the 10 minute limit. (

THAT: Council hereby approves the Winter Control Plan for 2013-2016 as the updated operating protocol for the Town of Fort Erie, and further THAT: Council hereby directs staff to prepare a by-law to adopt the Winter Control Plan for 2013-2016 and to repeal By-law No. 6-11 "Being a by-law to Adopt the Winter Control Plan for 2010-2013" as well as By-law No. 118-08 "Being a by-law to Adopt a Winter Control Plan for 2008-2010" and to repeal By-law No. 189-2000. (

THAT: Council hereby directs the Director of Finance to present the financial impact with respect to a decrease in hourly rates for hockey tournaments at the Leisureplex for submission to Council as part of the Supplemental Budget. (

THAT: Council hereby directs the Director of Finance to present the financial impact with respect to a grant with respect to water base rate and consumption, to the organization which may take over the operation of the Kinsmen Pool, and an increase in the facilities operating budget for inspection and repairs if necessary to the Kinsmen Pool operating equipment, for submission to Council as part of the Supplemental Budget. (
