THAT: The Volunteer Attraction, Retention and Recognition Program for Town- appointed Board and Committee members be approved, in principle, and further THAT: Council hereby proclaim the week of April 6-12, 2014 as "National Volunteer Week", and further THAT: A budget of $10,000 with incremental funding of $4,500 as set out in the report, be considered in the 2014 budget deliberations for the Volunteer Recognition and Appreciation Program and Event. (
