That: The Environmental Conservation Overlay on 945 Barker Avenue be removed over a portion of the lands where the house and septic service is being provided for, the Town receive a Performance Bond in the amount of $15,000 to ensure the trees are maintained through the construction process pursuant to the terms of the Tree Preservation Plan, and the Environmental Advisory Committee be notified accordingly. (

That: The by-law package containing: (a) 114-2015: To Deem a Certain Registered Plan of Subdivision Not to be a Registered Plan of Subdivision - Marjorie Eagan and Edward Michael Eagan (3746 Crystal Beach Drive) (b) 115-2015: To Authorize the Write Off of Municipal Taxes in the Town of Fort Erie (Roll No. 010 049 00200) Is given first and second reading. (

That: By-laws: (a) 114-2015 (b) 115-2015 are given third and final reading to be signed by the Mayor and Clerk under the corporate seal. (

That: By-law No. 113-2015: To Authorize the Entry into Grant Funding Agreements for Physician Recruitment and Reimbursement of Relocation Expenses with Dr. Fadeke Joanna Awobem is given first and second reading. (

That: Staff be directed to prepare a report to Council clarifying the status of the physician recruitment process to date, expenses that have been allocated for recruitment, relocation expenses, education, and identifying future anticipated physician recruitment efforts and costs. (

That: By-law No. 113-2015 is given third and final reading to be signed by the Mayor and Clerk under the corporate seal. (

That: By-law No. 116-2015: To Confirm the Actions of Council at its Meetings Held on September 8, 2015 and September 14, 2015 is given first and second reading. (
