(John Gu) - Owner - Upper Canada Consultants (Jennifer Vida) - Agent That: Council extends Draft Plan Approval for the Lulongping Gardens Draft Plan of Subdivision until May 4, 2019, and the Page 6 of 20 Council-in-Committee - 13 Aug 2018 Meeting Minutes Owner and Regional Municipality of Niagara Planning and Development Services Department be so advised, and further That: The Agent be advised that Planning staff will not support any further extensions of Draft Plan Approval beyond May 4, 2019. (

That: The following recommendation be added: “Council directs staff to prepare a report for information on a possible Environmental Impact Study.” (

That: Council receives Report No. PDS-53-2018 for information purposes. (

That: Council authorizes staff to initiate a housekeeping amendment to the Town's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the Planning Act, as outlined in Report No. PDS-54-2018. (

That: Council directs staff to proceed with developing a policy including guidelines to permit chickens in the rural areas of Fort Erie as a pilot project in accordance with Option 3 identified in Report No. PDS-55-2018. (
