That: Council receives for information purposes Report No. CBC-05-2018 regarding the EDTC 2018 Budget request as set out in Appendix "1" and to be incorporated into the consolidated General Levy Operating Budget. Mayor Redekop called a point of order regarding Councillor Lubberts’ question with respect to the reference to Smartlab in the EDTC’s 2017 Annual Report & 2018 Budget Plan and prior closed session meetings. Councillor Passero requested the Chair to call the question. The Chair ruled Councillor Lubberts out of order for asking questions after the question was called.
