THAT:The recommendations contained in Report Nos. IS-19-2013, CAO-07-2013, CAO- 08/LC-13-2013, CS-16/LC-10-2013, CDS-61-2013, CDS-62-2013, CDS-64-2013 and CDS-65,2013 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-59-2013 regarding Proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 15, being the Ridgeway-Thunder Bay Secondary Plan be received for information purposes. (

THAT:The request for relief from the requirements of Fence By-law No. 150-08 for the height of an existing fence in the rear yard and at 3722 Roxborough Avenue be denied. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-63-2013 regarding an Amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90, Fence Provisions be approved and a Zoning By-law be submitted to Council for approval, and further THAT:By-law No. 150-08 be repealed and replaced in accordance with Appendix "3" to Report No. CDS-63-2013 and a by-law be submitted to Council for approval, and further THAT:Fees and Charges By-law No. 40-09 be amended accordingly.(

THAT:Council hereby approves the provision of Hosted ePayment Services through Imex Systems Inc. for a period of three years. (

THAT:Following the delegation by the Region of Niagara at the Council Meeting of June 17, 2013, that the Treasurer of the Town of Fort Erie is hereby authorized to proceed to include Provincial Offences Fines on the Tax Roll within a timeframe dictated by departmental priorities and workload. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now hereby adjourn at 7:12 p.m. (
