THAT: The final draft of the 2003-2004 Accessibility Plan be circulated for review and comment to all municipal Departments and Agencies, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to the Council meeting of September 22, 2003 to adopt the 2003 – 2004 Accessibility Plan, and further THAT: The Clerk be directed to advertise in the local newspaper of the adoption of the Accessibility Plan, and further THAT: The Clerk be directed to make the Accessibility Plan available on the Town of Fort Erie website and hard copies available in the Clerk’s Department and Fort Erie Public Libraries before September 30, 2003. (

THAT: Council award the contract for the Thunder Bay Road Ditching Improvement Project to C.R.L. Campbell Construction and Drainage Ltd., of Wainfleet, Ontario, at the tendered amount of $47,728.69 including g.s.t., and further THAT: Staff be authorized to prepare the by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

Brown Ltd. to design and construct the addition to the Cold Storage Building at the Gibson Centre and that staff be directed to negotiate with Mr. Brown to bring the project in at the budgeted figure of $90,000. (
