That: Council directs staff to revise the newspaper advertising templates to reflect changes permitted by the Planning Act, as amended. (

That: Council approves the bingo lottery permit allocation to the Crystal Ridge Community Centre for the period July 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018 pursuant to the Memorandum dated May 30, 2017 from the Community Gaming Development Corporation. (

That: Council appoints Alexia Hidalgo to the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee for the period ending November 30, 2018. (

That: Council appoints Jackson Louws to the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee for the period ending November 30, 2018. (

That: Council accepts the resignation of Sharon Robinson from the Communities-in-Bloom Committee, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law. (

That: Relative to Special Council Minutes of June 12, 2017, Resolution No. 2, Patricia Bossert's appointment to the Communities-in-Bloom Committee, is revoked effective Page 11 of 17 Regular Council - 19 Jun 2017 Meeting Minutes immediately, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law.
