Regular Council in Committee

THAT: Council hereby endorses the Ridgeway-Thunder Bay Secondary Plan (OPA 15) as appended hereto, and further THAT: Council hereby authorizes staff to prepare the implementing Official Plan Amendment package for adoption and to forward all required documents and materials to the Regional Municipality of Niagara for approval, and further THAT: Council hereby authorizes staff to commence CIP Planning for the Ridgeway downtown area. (

THAT: New schools and significant expansions to existing schools shall be subject to site plan control and site plan agreements, and further THAT: The District School Board of Niagara, the Niagara Catholic District School Board and Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique Centre-Sud be notified. (

THAT: Council hereby receives this report for information purposes. (

THAT: Council hereby authorizes the entry into an agreement demonstrating the Greater Fort Erie Youth Soccer Club's use of Optimist Soccer Park for its soccer program, and demonstrating ownership of the capital assets to which it will contribute funding, and further THAT: Council hereby delegates authority to execute the agreement to the Chief Administrative Officer or delegate in his absence, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the execution of the agreement. (

THAT: Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 6:51 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended - Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees) Re: Chief Administrative Officer Performance Review Process (

THAT: Council-n-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 7:10 p.m. with no report. (
