That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council defers Report No. CDS-08-2016 regarding short term house rentals for information purposes to the first meeting in March as there are two delegates that wish to speak to the issue. (

That: Council approves the amendment to the Town's Official Plan for the Helena Street lands as detailed in Appendix "6" of Report No. CDS-16-2016, and directs staff to submit the necessary by-laws to Council for approval, and further That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 for the Helena Street lands as detailed in Appendix "7" of Report No. CDS-16-2016, and directs staff to submit the necessary by-laws to Council for approval, and further That: Council hereby determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, further notice is not required with respect to the removal of the lands located on the south side of Garrison Road south of 767 Garrison Road, municipally known as 0 Garrison Road from the proposed amendment since the holding of the Public Meeting on January 11, 2016, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of the amendments to the Regional Municipality of Niagara for their records. (

That: Council authorizes the initiation of an amendment to the Town's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the Planning Act to remove Sections 6.54, 6.55, 6.66 pertaining to fences, and further That: Council authorizes an amendment to the Town's Fence By-law No. 70-2013 and Fees and Charges By-law No. 40-09, Page 8 of 9 Council-in-Committee - 01 Feb 2016 Meeting Minutes as amended concurrent with the final passage of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law Amendment. (

That: Council approves the exchange of lands as outlined on the map of Appendix "2" of Report No. CDS-18-2016. (
