That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council accepts the resignation of Gabriel Demizio from the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law. (

That: Council accepts the resignation of Laurisa Nemeth from the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee, and further Page 7 of 14 Regular Council - 23 Oct 2017 Meeting Minutes That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law. (

That: Council accepts the resignation of Kennedy Overholt from the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law. (

That: Council appoints Emma Nowling to the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee for the period ending November 30, 2018. (

That: Council hereby determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, further notice is not required to rezone the subject lands for two site specific R2 Zones. (

That: The Motion be postponed to the Regular Council Meeting of November 14, 2017. (

That: The recommendations be dealt with separately as follows: Recommendation Nos. 1 and 2 be dealt with together and Recommendation Nos. 3 and 4 be dealt with separately. (

That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "4" of Report No. PDS-59-2017 for the lands known as 3601, 3605, 3607 and 3611 Hibbard Street, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Recommendation No. 3 be amended by inserting the following after the words “Willow Trail Subdivision”: “to remove the requirement for a road widening along Block 3, remove the requirement for the warning clauses regarding parking in driveways and to add an easement for sanitary sewer, water, Bell communication and gas infrastructure.” (

That: Council authorizes the reallocation of the remaining 2017 Town Hall alteration funding in the amount of $21,737 for alterations to the Central Station facility to accommodate the relocation of Fire and Emergency Services administrative staff. (

That: The by-law package containing: 118-2017: To Authorize the Entry into a Waterfront Investment Program Agreement with The Regional Municipality of Niagara for Bay Beach Improvements 119-2017: To Regulate the Erection and Display of Signs within the Town of Fort Erie and to Repeal By-law Nos. 90-2014 and 55- 2015 120-2017: To Amend Zoning By-law No. 129-90 - 397 Garrison Road & 0 Louisa Street (Peace Bridge Subdivision) Jeff Jansen, Jansen Consulting – Agent - Ashton Homes (Western) Limited (Aldo Vercillo) – Owner is given first and second reading. (

That: By-laws: 118-2017 119-2017 120-2017 are given third and final reading to be signed by the Mayor and Clerk under the corporate seal. (

That: Council does now go into closed session at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the following: Land Matter (Pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 - a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board) (

That: Council does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 7:59 p.m. with report that staff proceed as directed. (

That: By-law No. 121-2017: To Confirm the Actions of Council at its Meeting Held on October 23, 2017 is given first and second reading. (

That: By-law No. 121-2017 is given third and final reading to be signed by the Mayor and Clerk under the corporate seal. (

That: Council adjourns at 8:01 p.m. to reconvene into a Regular Meeting of Council on November 14, 2017. (
