THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 8:08 p.m. to conduct interviews with Chief Administrative Officer Candidates pursuant to Sections 239(2)(b) and (d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended at an undisclosed location due to the confidentiality of the matter, and further THAT:Council does now hereby recess the meeting to Friday, March 1, 2013 at 9:00 .a.m. in order to conduct the interviews off-site, and further THAT:The matter of considering a recommendation to rise with or without report at the conclusion of the closed meeting shall be
