That: Council supports the recommendations contained in Report No. CDS-75-2015 regarding the review of the Conservation Authorities Act and Wetland Conservation in Ontario and directs staff to forward this report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry for consideration, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of Report No. CDS- 75-2015 to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority, Regional Municipality of Niagara and the Fort Erie Economic Development and Tourism Corporation. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-76-2015 for information purposes, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Downtown Stevensville Core Area CIP at a future Council-in-Committee meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting for Council's consideration, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of Report No. CDS- 76-2015 to Fort Erie's EDTC, Regional Planning and Development Services Department and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, for their information. (
