THAT:The user fee changes in Appendix “A” to Report No. CBC-02-11, exclusive of building permit fees, be approved and the consolidated fee schedule by-law be amended accordingly, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to adjust the building fees following the Public Meeting on March 7, 2011 in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act. (

THAT:The matter of tabling the Capital Budget to March 2, 2011 be reconsidered only insofar as it relates to the Water and Sewer Capital Budget in the amount of $4,773,002. (

THAT:The matter of reference to the Capital Budget By-law be removed from Paragraph 4 of the recommendation in order to be dealt with separately. (

THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council on February 28, 2011 to adopt the 2011 Water and Sewer Capital Budget. (
