THAT: Report No. CDS-37-07 regarding the designation of a "Community Improvement Plan Project Area" to implement the International Gateway Community Improvement Plan be received for information purposes, and further THAT: A report including the Official Plan Amendment and by-law pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act designating the Community Improvement Project Area be prepared subject to the results of the Public Meeting. (

THAT: The Clerk is hereby directed to issue a letter of non-objection to the ACGO with respect to a one day temporary outdoor licence for Crescent Beach Grill and Bar, 1383 Dominion Road, Licence #810712 for a benefit for the Held Family, subject to the following conditions: (1) The licence shall be in effect until no later than 9:00 p.m. (2) No outdoor live or recorded music shall be permitted (3) Outdoor capacity to be limited to 50% of indoor capacity (134) which amounts to 67 persons outside. (4) Outdoor licenced area to be restricted to west side of building as much as possible. (

THAT: Council-in-Committee does now hereby adjourn at 7:05 p.m. (
