THAT:Report No. CDS-28-12, regarding Zoning By-law Amendment for 1411 Point Abino Road North (Richard Dykstra), be received for information purposes, and further THAT:A report on the zoning by-law amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:Subject to the owner providing verification the fence is located entirely on his property, the request for relief from the requirements of Fence By-law No. 150-08 regulating the height of the board fence in the front yard at 3236 Snyder Road, Stevensville be allowed until such time that a future road widening may be required or the fence requires replacement. (

THAT:Council hereby receives the Subdivision and Permit Status Report – First Quarter 2012 for information purposes. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes the initiation of an amendment to the home occupation provisions of Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-32-12 be received for information purposes, and further THAT:A copy of this report be forwarded to the Molinaro Group and the Town’s Environmental Advisory Committee for information purposes. (

THAT:Conditions of Draft Plan Approval for the King Street Draft Plan of Subdivision be amended as detailed in Appendix "3" to Report No. CDS-33-12, and further THAT:The amended condition of Draft Plan Approval be circulated to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, and further THAT:Once the appraised value of the lands is received by staff the deposit for parkland dedication be revised in Schedule "F" to represent the appropriate amount, and further THAT:The Town enter into a Subdivision Agreement with 1639875 Ontario Inc. for King Street Subdivision - Phase 1, and further THAT:The developer be allowed to pre-service the subdivision prior to the registration of the Subdivision Agreement subject to receipt of the final drawings, security deposit, cash payment, approvals, insurance certificate and letter of indemnification to the satisfaction of the Town, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement and associated documents. (

THAT:The Town enter into a Site Plan Agreement with 1591709 Ontario Ltd. for improvements to the existing commercial building and future addition at 223 Gilmore Road, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Site Plan Agreement. (

THAT:Staff submit a report to Council regarding the effects of the new Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act and action required. (

THAT:Pursuant to Section 16.9 of Procedural By-law No. 145-06, as amended, consent is hereby granted to consider a Infrastructure Services matters at this meeting due to urgent circumstances. (

THAT:Council hereby awards the tender for the construction of Central Fire Station - Contract No. ISF-03-2012 in the amount of $3,886,070 (including hst) to Collaborative Structures Ltd., and further THAT:The budget for FSTD10, Central Fire Station be increased by $148,000 with $120,000 from the Fire Station Reserve and $28,000 from Debentures, and further THAT:Staff be authorized to prepare a by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to finance project FSRD10, Central Fire Station through debentures of $1,778,000 for a term not to exceed 10 years. (

THAT:Council hereby waives Section 27 of Cemetery By-law No. 57-93 for the purpose of the re-interment of human remains found in the vicinity of 683 Point Abino Road. (

THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to authorize the entry into and execution of an "Owner Agreement", by the Mayor and Clerk, with The Guarantee Company of North America for project completion as a claim under Contract No. IS.COLL - College Road Bridge Replacement Performance Bond in a form satisfactory to the Town's legal counsel, and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, MAY 7, 2012 PAGE TEN THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to authorize the entry into and execution of a "Completion Agreement", by the Mayor and Clerk, with Horseshoe Hill Construction Inc. to complete the remaining construction of College Road Bridge per the original contract terms and conditions and total cost of $425,230.00, in a form satisfactory to the Town's legal counsel. (
