THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. CS-08-11 regarding the Development Charges Reserve Fund Status for information purposes only, and further THAT:The following Area Specific charges held for Stevensville/Douglastown be used to reimburse the water and sewer reserve funds expended in 2000: - $13,146.93 to the Sanitary Sewer Refurbishing Reserve, - $26,060.02 to the Water Refurbishing Reserve. (

THAT:Council hereby receives for information purposes the Annual Water Quality Report for the period January - December 2010, on Fort Erie's Water Supply, attached as Appendix "C", prepared as required by O. Reg. 170/03 Schedule 11, and further THAT:Council hereby receives and accepts Report No. IS-02-11 as the Annual Water Utility Summary Report to Council as required by O. Reg. 170/03 Schedule 22, and further THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. IS-02-11 for the purpose of acknowledging the roles and responsibilities of owners (the Municipal Corporation and the governing body - the Council) and operators (Municipal Staff) of municipal drinking water systems as prescribed by the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, Sections 11 and 19. (

THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. IS-04-11 as an update on the Bridge and Culvert Replacement Program - Contract #IS-09BRIG, specifically the Class Environmental Assessment process for House and College Road Bridge replacements, and further THAT:Council hereby directs staff to proceed in accordance with the mitigation measures proposed by AECOM Canada Ltd. and to advise the International Country Club of Niagara (ICCN) that having considered alternative construction measures, ICCN's concerns, the comments from the agencies, and the cost of implementing such alternatives, their request for the installation of a temporary bridge is denied. (

THAT: Council hereby accepts the re-filed Engineer's Report for the Baer Municipal Drain for information purposes, and further THAT: Council hereby directs staff to continue with the process to meet the requirements under the Drainage Act. (

THAT:The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby adjourns at 5:10 p.m. (
