That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Special Provision No. 14 be added to Schedule “H” as follows: “The Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Site Plan approval is for 20 greenhouses with a total area of 6,680 square metres, but only a total of 987 plants are permitted.” Councillor Noyes requested a friendly amendment to include that the number of greenhouses “shall not exceed 20 greenhouses” which was accepted by Councillor Butler. Following acceptance of the amendment to the amendment, the amendment was voted on as follows: That: Special Provision No. 14 be added to Schedule “H” as follows: “The Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Site Plan approval is for a number of greenhouses not to exceed 20 greenhouses with a total area of 6,680 square metres, but only a total of 987 plants are permitted.” (

That: Schedule “H” to the Agreement be replaced with Schedule “H” attached to the Memorandum dated August 9, 2021, as amended, and further That: Special Provision No. 10 be amended by adding at the end “and all maintenance records shall be submitted to Town staff.” (

That: Report No. PDS-12-2021 be postponed until such time as the proponent has provided staff with the information they require regarding the location of the cistern on the property. (

That: Report No. PDS-66-2021 be postponed to the Council-in- Committee meeting of October 18, 2021, to allow the concerns with respect to parking, the size of the dwelling, and of the neighbours, to be addressed. (

That: Council approves the amendment to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "7" of Report No. PDS-71-2021 for the lands known as 1485 Garrison Road, and further That: Council approves the entry into a Memorandum of Understanding as detailed in “Appendix “6” of Report No. PDS- Page 10 of 15 Council-in-Committee - 09 Aug 2021 Meeting Minutes 71-2021 with Sunray Group of Hotels to ensure the replacement of 107 hotel rooms that will be

That: Report No. PDS-71-2021 be postponed to the Council-in- Committee meeting of September 13, 2021 to permit further discussions with the proponent regarding the Memorandum of Understanding. (

That: Council approves the Peace Bridge Phase 3, Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium dated June 24, 2020, showing 24- unit townhouse development, as shown in Appendix “2” of Report No. PDS-74-2021, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13 and the Regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “4” of Report No. PDS-64-2021, and further That: Council directs staff to circulate the Conditions of Draft Plan Approval in Appendix “4” of Report No. PDS-74-2021 to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, and further That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "5" of Report No. PDS-74-2021 for the lands known as 397 Garrison Road, and further That: Council directs staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Report No. IS-39-2021 be postponed to the Council-in- Committee meeting of September 13, 2021. (
