That: The Change to Conditions request for Consent File number B49/21 be approved as written in the staff recommendation report.

That: Consent File numbers B69/23 and B70/23 be approved.

That: Consent File number B71/23 be approved.

That: Consent File numbers B72/23 and B73/23 be approved as written in the staff recommendation report and condition 5 be amended to say that the Applicant/Owner convey to the Town all lands along the Lake Erie shoreline that have been confirmed to be owned by the applicant as determined by court finding or other agreement that are designated Environmental Protection in the Official Plan, as determined in consultation with the NPCA, to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning and Development Services;

That: Minor Variance File number A88/23 be approved as written in the recommendation report.

That: Minor Variance File number A92/23 be approved as written in the recommendation report.
