THAT: Council hereby informs the Region it has no objections to the Draft Forest Conservation By-law subject to the recommended additions and clarifications outlined in Report No. CDS-155-05 and subject to comments from the Fort Erie Tree By-law Ad Hoc Committee, and further SPECIAL COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2005 PAGE THREE THAT: A copy of Report No. CDS-155-05 be forwarded to the Regional Planning and Development Department, and further THAT: A copy of Report No. CDS-155-05 be sent to the Fort Erie Tree By-law Ad Hoc Committee for information and input.
