Regular Council in Committee

THAT:Due to the 7:00 p.m. start time of the Public Meeting regarding proposed Development Charges, it is recommended that Council move to the Consent Agenda however, the minutes will reflect the order of the agenda, as printed. (

THAT:Pursuant to Section 16.10 of Council Rules of Procedure By-law No. 145-06, as amended, consent is hereby granted to consider Community and Development Services matters due to urgent circumstances. (

THAT:The recommendations contained in Report Nos. IS-02-2014, IS-03-2014, IS-04-2014 and CDS-17-2014 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT:Council hereby repeal those by-laws described in Appendix "A" to Report No. CAO-03-2014, and further THAT:Staff further review by-laws described in Appendix "B" and submit a subsequent report to Council, and further THAT:No action be taken on by-laws described in Appendix "C". (

THAT:Council hereby approves the February 11, 20214 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" to Report No. CAO-04/LC-06-2014, and further THAT:Council hereby approves the recommended tasks as outlined in Appendix "2" to Report No. CAO-04/LC-06-2014. (

THAT:The recommendation be amended to include an initial 5-year term with an automatic 5-year renewable term. (

THAT:The entry into a Licence Agreement with the Point Abino Association over the Private Road known as Point Abino Road South for the purpose of access to and from the Point Abino Lighthouse, is hereby authorized and approved, and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2014 PAGE ELEVEN THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the entry into the said agreement. (

THAT:The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby suspends Council Rules of Procedure By-law No. 145-06, as amended to accommodate March Break and establishes the March meeting schedule as follows: March 3– Council-in-Committee; March 10 – CANCELLED; March 17– Regular Council; March 24 –Council-in-Committee; March 31– Regular Council. (
