THAT: Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene with the following report: THAT: A by-law be presented at the May 25, 2004 meeting authorizing the Director of Finance to proceed with registering a notice of vesting of the brownfield property at 3600 Eagle Street, property known as Eagle Castings, in the Town of Fort Erie’s name, in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 s.379(5), and further THAT: Once vested, the property be declared surplus, and further THAT: The EDTC be requested to prepare a marketing plan, which may include an RFP and assist with locating a purchaser for the property who will enter into an agreement with the municipality to remediate the site. (
