THAT: Council hereby receives and reviews the information contained in this report and provides a copy to the Economic Development and Tourism Corporation for its review and comment, and further THAT: A copy of this report and the comments of the Economic Development and Tourism Corporation be provided to the incoming Council during the first six months of the new term for the new Council’s review and consideration and following its review, Council;: i) determines whether it wishes to engage the Fort Erie Economic Development and Tourism Corporation (the "EDTC") in discussions/negotiations to amend the current Memorandum of Agreement between the Town and the EDTC dated December 6, 2007 (the "current MOA"), and; ii) if so, Council provides specific direction to staff as to what it wishes amended in the current MOA. (
