That: Council approve the remaining items in the March 5, 2015 Land Committee Meeting Minutes and recommended task. (

That: Staff be directed to enter negotiations with the owners of Madison’s Pub for a lease extension until 2018 with a Town option to extend the lease until 2028, each date to coincide with the potential expiration of the concession lease. (

That: Council amend Appendix “A” to the draft Rules of Procedure by adding “xii. Responses to Enquiries” to the Council Order of Business. (

That: Council further amend the draft Rules of Procedure by deleting subsection 8.10(b). (

That: Council further amend the draft Rules of Procedure by adding “Confirmatory By-law” to the “Definitions” section. (

That: Council further amend the draft Rules of Procedure by adding the following; “13.8(c) The Clerk will read out an amended motion for the benefit of Council.” (
