That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: This Council authorizes an open forum on February 9, 2015 to receive public input on the inclusion and funding of a joint use library and theatre at the new high school planned for Fort Erie and that the public comments be consolidated and forwarded to the District School Board of Niagara, and further; That: Staff take the steps necessary to arrange the forum. (

That: By-law Nos. 15-2015 and 16-2015 be removed from the package and dealt with separately. (

That: The by-law package containing: (a) 12-2015: To Require a By-Election to Fill the Vacant Office of Councillor, Ward Two (b) 13-2015: To Appoint Kristen Brown and Gerald Dorner as Deputy Clerks for the Purposes of a By-election (c) 14-2015: To Amend By-law No. 71-2014 to Adopt the Downtown Bridgeburg Core Area Community Improvement Plan (d) 17-2015 To Amend By-law No. 124-2013 (Winter Control Plan for 2013-2016) be hereby introduced and given first and second reading.
