THAT: The recommendations contained in Report Nos. CDS-86- 2014, CDS-87-2014,CDS-88-2014, IS-31-2014, IS-32-2014, IS-33- 2014, CS-22-2014 and CS-24-2014 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council amending the Town's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the attached amendments in Appendix "1", including the replacement of the Zoning maps identified in Appendix "2". (

THAT: The Town enter into a Subdivision Agreement with 456941 Ontario Ltd. (Silvestri Homes) detailing the land exchanges and the conditions whereby development can occur on Phase 2 lands, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement and requisite documents. (

THAT: Report No. CDS-90-2014 be reconsidered. (

THAT: Recommendation No. 3 in the Land Committee Minutes of October 9, 2014 (Front Row Sports) be removed and approved separately. (

THAT: Council hereby approves the balance of the October 9, 2014 and October 30, 2014 Land Committee Meeting Minutes attached as Appendix "1" and Appendix "2" to Report No. CAO-17/LC-16- 2014, and further THAT: Council hereby approves the recommended tasks as outlined in Appendix "3" to Report No. CAO-17/LC-16-2014. (

THAT: The list of taxes and penalties totaling $9,833.40 be deemed uncollectable and struck from the roll, in accordance with Section 354 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and hereby directs staff to prepare the appropriate by-law, and further THAT: Council hereby directs staff to vest their interest in the property identified as roll number 020 010 99203, and further THAT: The budget for ta-write offs be increased by $135,000 with funding from the General Levy Rate Stabilization Reserve, and further THAT: This report be received as background information for 2015 budget deliberations. (
