Regular Council in Committee

THAT:The Council-in-Committee Meeting – Closed Session be adjourned retroactive to 6:00 p.m. and that the said minutes reflect same. (

THAT:The recommendations contained in Report Nos.CDS-37-12, CDS-38-12, CDS-39-12, CDS-42-12, CDS-43-12, CDS-45-12, CDS-46-12 and CS-21-12 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes the initiation of a housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act. (

THAT:The "2011 Financial Report" attached as Appendix "A" be received for information purposes and published in accordance with Section 295 of the Municipal Act, 2001, and further THAT:The 2011 Brownfield Community Improvement Plan Reserve Fund be established with $20,000 from the 2011 General Levy Operating Budget surplus and the Reserve Fund By-law be amended accordingly. (

THAT:Council hereby approves the Operational Review Implementation Plan attached as Appendix "2" to Report No. CAO-09-12 and directs staff to implement same. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-36-12 regarding redline revision for the Ridgeway-By- The-Lake Phase 3 Draft Plan of Subdivision, be received for information purposes, and further THAT:A report on the Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:Council hereby accepts Report No. CDS-40-12 for information purposes. (

THAT:The recommendation be amended to include “THAT:Staff be directed to provide Council with a status report in three months regarding the progression of the Site Plan.” (

THAT:The recommendation be further amended by deleting the second paragraph in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof: “THAT:Rosehill Auction Limited be given until December 31, 2012 to complete the Site Plan process.” (

THAT:Report No. CDS-44-12 regarding Rosehill Auction House Limited Site Plan be received for information purposes, and further THAT:Staff be directed to provide Council with a status report in three months regarding the progression of the Site Plan, and further THAT:Rosehill Auction Limited be given until December 31, 2012 to complete the Site Plan process. (

THAT:The Acting Chief Administrative Officer submit a report at the next Council Meeting respecting how to deal with the two issues of the private road and the Schooley Road road allowance established by Municipal Survey 751 at Bay Beach in regards to the fowlers toad enhancement area and the MNR Overall Benefit Permit. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now hereby adjourn at 9:37 p.m. (
