That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items save and except item 1 (b) as recommended. (

That: Council amends the minutes of the Special Council Meeting of January 25, 2016 by adding “to determine the identity of the individual owners of 1923286 Ontario Inc.” to the end of the last sentence of page 3 and by adding “Based on information obtained during the recess” to the beginning of the first sentence of page 4. (

That: Council further amends the minutes of the Special Council Meeting of January 25, 2016 by adding “in so far as she does work for Alfred Beam” after “By-law No. 13-2016” in the first sentence on page 4. (

That: Council amends Resolution No. 5 to change the term of appointment from annual to one-third of the term of Council, and to change the date from ending September 30, 2016 to ending March 31, 2016 and 16 months thereafter, and to switch the position of Chair and Vice-Chair within each Business Subdivision. (

That: Council further amends Resolution No. 5 to reflect the timing of the switch of the positions of Chair and Vice-Chair to be at the 8 month mark. (

That: The by-law package containing: 16-2016: To Authorize the Stopping Up and Closing of Part of the Gordon Avenue North Unopened Road Allowance, Plan 437, South of Grove Avenue (Terry & Krystal Teal) 17-2016: To Authorize the Entry into an Agreement with the Crystal Beach Hill Cottagers’ Organization (Parking on Private Property for the Users of Bay Beach) Page 10 of 12 Regular Council - 08 Feb 2016 Meeting Minutes 18-2016: To Amend Administrative Penalty By-law No. 84-2014 (Designation of On and Off Street Parking for Disabled Persons By-law No. 125-91) 19-2016: To Amend On and Off Street Parking for Disabled Persons By-law No. 125-91, as amended (Administrative Penalty System for Parking Enforcement) 20-2016: To Enact an Amendment to the Official Plan Adopted by By-law No. 150-06 for the Town of Fort Erie Planning Area - Amendment No. 30 - Helena Street Industrial Lands - Town of Fort Erie 21-2016: To Amend Zoning By-law No. 129-90 - Helena Street Industrial Lands - Town of Fort Erie is given first and second reading. (

That: By-laws: 16-2016 17-2016 18-2016 19-2016 20-2016 21-2016 are given third and final reading to be signed by the Mayor and Clerk under the corporate seal. (

That: By-law No. 22-2016: To Confirm the Actions of Council at its Meeting Held on February 8, 2016 is given first and second reading. (
