Regular Council in Committee

THAT: Council hereby authorizes staff to commence formal processing of the Stevensville Secondary Plan (OPA24 and related zoning changes) at the conclusion of the information process, and further THAT: Council hereby authorizes staff to schedule the statutory Public Meeting after the Municipal Election. (

THAT: Council hereby authorizes the initiation of a housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90 in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act. (

THAT: Pursuant to Section 16.9 of Procedural By-law No. 145-06, as amended, consent is hereby granted to consider a Corporate Services matter at this meeting due to extraordinary circumstances. (

THAT: The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby appoints Patrick Baichoo to the Fort Erie Public Library Board or the period ending November 30, 2014. (

THAT: Council does now go into closed session at 6:05 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended - Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees) Re: Chief Administrative Officer Vacancy (

THAT Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene into open session at 6:42 p.m. with the following report; THAT staff act in accordance with Council’s direction and further THAT Council reconvene in closed session September 8, 2014 to continue its discussion of this matter. (
