That: Council extends draft plan approval for the 3303 Dominion Road Draft Plan of Subdivision for 3 years, until August 28, 2029, and the Owner be so advised; and further That: Council extends draft plan approval for the 3303 Dominion Road Draft Plan of Common Elements Condominium for 3 years, until August 28, 2029, and the Owner be so advised; and further That: Council directs that the conditions of approval for the 3303 Dominion Road Draft Plan of Subdivision be amended as detailed in Appendix 4; and further That: Council directs that the conditions of approval for the 3303 Dominion Road Draft Plan of Common Elements Condominium be amended as detailed in Appendix 5; and further That: Council determines in accordance with Section 51 (47) of the Planning Act, further notice is not required due to the minor nature of the changes.
