THAT:The user fee changes proposed in Appendix "A" to Report No. CBC-02-13, exclusive of building permit fees and arena ice rental fees for 2013 be approved and the consolidated fee schedule by-law be amended accordingly. (

THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to adjust the building fees following a Public Meeting in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act. (
