That: Council approves the 2020 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget attached as Appendix “1”, and further That: Council revises the 2020 Water and Wastewater base and consumption rates, subject to Regional Council approval of forecasted treatment rates, effective with billing for January 2020 consumption as follows: • 2020 water base rate per month: $25.27 • 2020 water rate per cubic metre: $1.500 • 2020 wastewater base rate per month: $41.47 • 2020 wastewater rate per cubic metre: $1.975, and further That: Council approves the five-year forecast for inclusion in the water licencing financial plan, and further That: Council excludes the capital asset amortization of $1,581,200 from the 2020 Water and Wastewater Operating Budgets, and further That: Council directs staff to submit the 2020 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget and Rates By-law for Council approval on January 20, 2020.
