THAT: The user fee changes proposed in Appendix "A" to Report No. CBC-03-12, exclusive of building permit fees, be approved and the consolidated fee schedule by-law be amended accordingly, and further COUNCIL-IN-BUDGET COMMITTEE #2 MINUTES WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2011 PAGE FIVE THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council to adjust the building fees following the Public Meeting on February 6, 2012 in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act.
