That: Council accepts and approves the tender submission from Combined Air Mechanical Services Ltd. for Replacement of Crystal Ridge Community Centre HVAC Units - Contract No. ISF-20T-CRCH19 in the amount of $77,744.00 (including 13% HST). (

That: Council receives the correspondence from EIFFAGE dated March 25, 2020 regarding a request for a Noise By-law Exemption on behalf of MTO commencing April 1, 2020, and further Page 9 of 14 Council-in-Committee - 06 Apr 2020 Meeting Minutes That: Council ratifies the Chief Administrative Officer's granting of an exemption from Section 2.3 (g) of Noise By-law No. 30-09 to MTO to carry out the demolition of the existing bridge at CNR/CPR and construction of a new bridge in its location along the QEW between Bowen Road at the CNR/CPR Overhead from April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, subject to the condition that MTO's delegated contractor and/or the MTO or its consultant, shall provide notice to any property owners affected by the Noise By-law within the area of construction, and further That: In the event it is necessary to alter any of the dates set out above, authority is hereby delegated to the Director, Infrastructure Services, or designate to approve such change in date(s) and the above conditions herein shall apply.
