THAT:The delegations’ time be extended beyond the ten (10) minute limit. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-048-09 regarding Zoning By-law Amendment located south of Elizabeth Road, east of Schooley Road be received for information purposes, and THAT:A report on the Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-049-09 regarding Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment located at 33 Princess Street be received for information purposes, and THAT:A report on the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:At this point the order of the Agenda be altered to consider Report No. CDS-053-09 and that the Minutes reflect the order of the Agenda as printed. (

THAT:Council hereby supports the extension of Draft Plan Approval for the Village Creek Estates Phase II Draft Plan of Subdivision to May 1, 2011, and THAT:The Owner and Development Service Division of the Regional Niagara Public Works Department be so advised. (

THAT:The Town enter into a Site Plan Agreement with McGregor-Miller Limited for a proposed Commercial/Office Building located on the south side of East Main Street, east of Stevensville Road, subject to receipt of the final drawings to Town's satisfaction, and THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Site Plan Agreement and requisite documents. (

THAT:Council consider the Museum and Cultural Heritage Committee's request to designate the Keepers Dwelling as outlined in this report, for historical value and context, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, and THAT:Council direct staff to prepare a designation by-law and provide notice of intention to designate in accordance with the Ontario Heritage Act, should Council agree to the designation request. (

THAT:Council hereby endorses the Draft Brownfields Redevelopment Strategy in principle, and THAT:Council authorizes staff to proceed with preparation of the Brownfields CIP incorporating the key components of the Brownfields Redevelopment Strategy. (

THAT:Council authorizes the appointment of AMEC Earth and Environmental of Burlington, Ontario to provide design and engineering services for the Removal of QEW East to North Off-Ramp at Concession Road - Contract No. IS.09QEWR.D, in the amount of $114,333.69 (including 5% GST), and THAT:Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Engineering Agreement on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT:Council accept the low tender for the Low Slope Roof Replacements at Fire Halls No. 1, 4 and 6 - Contract No. ISF-07-2009 in the amount of $187,950.00 (including GST) from Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd., and THAT:Staff be authorized to prepare the by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT:Council authorize the appointment of Kerry T. Howe Engineering Limited of St. Catharines, Ontario to provide engineering services for the Ridge Road Sanitary and Watermain Replacement - Contract No. IS.09RSSW.D design project in the amount of $238,875.00 (including 5% GST), and THAT:Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Engineering Agreement on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT:Council receive Administrative Report No. CAO-12-2009 for information purposes, and THAT:The contents of the report be presented to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as part of the Council delegation at the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Conference. (
