That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items, save and except Report No. IS-26-2020. (

That: Report No. IS-26-2020 be postponed to July 20, 2020. (

That: Council receives for information purposes Report No. PDS-30-2020, regarding the South Coast Phase 3, Plan of Common Elements Condominium dated March 18, 2020 comprising of a condominium road, access and maintenance, landscaping, outdoor recreational area, club house and 48 visitor parking spaces for a 73 unit residential development located on a parcel on land legally described as Block 2, Registered Plan 59M-430. (

That: Council receives for information purposes Report No. PDS-31-2020, regarding the Brydgeview Townhouses Phase 2, Plan of Standard (Phased) Condominium dated January 31,2020 showing 6 townhouse blocks, containing 26 townhouse dwelling units as shown in Appendix"2". (

That: Council accepts and approves the proposal from WSP Canada Group Limited for Consulting Services for the preparation of the Town of Fort Erie Employment Land Expansion Study (Contract No. PDS-20P-ELES), to the upset limit of $71,735.23 (including 13% HST). (

Recommendation No. 12 and Postponed from May 4, 2020 Special Council Meeting) Previously moved by Councillor Dubanow as Recommendation No. 12 at the May 4, 2020 Special Council Meeting. That: Council accepts the new Engineer’s Report for the Stevensville Road Drain for information purposes, and further That: Council directs staff to continue with the legislative process in accordance with the Drainage Act and establish the date for the Court of Revision. (
