THAT: Council hereby approves the February 10, 2012 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix "a" to Report No. CAO-04/LC-02-12. (

THAT: Council hereby receives for information purposes the Annual Water Quality Report for the period January - December 2011, on Fort Erie's Water Supply, attached as Appendix "A". prepared as required by O.Reg, 170/03 Schedule "11", and further THAT: Council hereby receives and accepts Report No. IS-04-12 as the Annual Water Utility Summary Report to Council as required by O.Reg. 170/03 Schedule "22", and further THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. IS-04-12 for the purpose of acknowledging the roles and responsibilities of owners (The Municipal Corporation and the governing body - the Council) and operators (Municipal Staff) of municipal drinking water systems as prescribed by the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, Sections 11 and 19. (

THAT: Council hereby accepts the tender for the Renovation of Fire Station #4 - Contract No. ISF-01-2012 in the amount of $102,265.00 (including hst) from Serianni Construction Ltd. (

THAT: Council hereby supports, in principle, the transfer of jurisdiction of the following roadways: Regional Road 112 (Point Abino Road) - (From Highway 3 to RR 1 (Michener Road)); Regional Road 1 (Michener Road/Farr Avenue) - (From RR 116 (Gorham Road) to RR 112 (Point Abino Road)); Regional Road 116 (Gorham Road) - (From Dominion Road to Farr Avenue), subject to conditions described in Report No. IS-06-12. (
